Family2Family Boutique
Family2Family Boutique offers high quality, pre-loved baby clothes to families and individuals, in exchange for an optional donation to our charity. The beautifully presented gift boxes provide a large selection of pre-loved high street and, occasionally, designer clothing and accessories for boys and girls from tiny baby to 2 years old.
Items include a minimum of:
7 x cosy sleepsuits
7 x snug bodysuits
10 x adorable outfits, including a mix of seasonal trousers, tops, rompers, shorts and dresses
A selection of gorgeous accessories.

For everyone

Unlike the work we do directly with local service professionals, the items in the Family2Family Boutique do not require a referral – they are available to everyone. Our boxes make a great gift for a family member or friend, or are ideal if you are looking for affordable, high quality items for your own young children. Typically our gift boxes contain items totalling approximately RRP £250, making them an affordable way to gift or receive a beautiful selection of baby clothes.
For the environment

In 2018, environmental charity Hubbub estimated there was 183 million items of outgrown baby clothes in people’s homes and a third of parents interviewed said they have thrown children’s clothing into the bin because they didn’t know what else to do with it. By gifting preloved items of baby clothes you will be increasing the amount of recycled items being used by families and stopping more items going into landfill. Furthermore reusing good quality baby clothes means we are all reducing our impact on water pollution, carbon emissions and landfill.
How it works

Donations of pre-loved baby clothes are sorted by our dedicated team of volunteers to ensure every item is in excellent condition and appropriate for the intended recipient. We then carefully curate each gift box, ensuring all items are clean, free of marks, stains or fading and that all fastenings work. The items are lovingly presented in a recyclable gift box, with a gift tag included.
You can choose the type of gift box you would like based on the recipients age and gender, as well as the time of year you will be gifting or using the clothes. Please note, as we rely on donations of pre-loved items, all boxes are subject to availability.
Boxes are available for:
Tiny baby, up to 5lbs (boy, girl or neutral)
Newborn, up to 10lbs (boy, girl or neutral)
0-3 months (boy, girl or neutral)
3-6 months (boy or girl)
6-9 months (boy or girl)
9-12 months (boy or girl)
12-18 months (boy or girl)
18 months – 2 years (boy or girl)
We offer two choices for seasons: Autumn/Winter or Spring/Summer.
If you would like to support us, you are then welcome to make a donation of any amount. All donations for the boxes will go towards purchasing essential items for families in need that cannot be gifted second-hand, for example car seats, cot mattresses as well as helping with our running costs. Every contribution, big or small, helps and is truly appreciated, however please note it is not required.
You will then be able to select a day (currently Tuesdays and Thursdays) to collect your box from our premises in Crowborough, East Sussex. Please note, whether or not you choose to donate, your contribution will remain private and the amount you give will not be shared with anyone.
Your beautiful gift box will be ready to collect on your chosen day. We hope you will enjoy gifting or using the baby clothes inside, knowing that choosing preloved is both supporting a local charity and the environment.

Family2Family Boutique Terms & Conditions
​
1. Items from the Family2Family Boutique are available to all, and it is not compulsory to make a donation.

2. At present items are available for collection only, from our premises in Crowborough, East Sussex. The full address and directions will be shared once you have placed your order.

3. Please kindly arrange your collection promptly as we have limited storage space. Orders can be collected on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
4. All items are subject to availability and our stock levels do vary due to relying on donations of pre-loved items. Please check back regularly if the age/gender/season you require is not immediately available.

5. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds or accept returns but if you are not satisfied with the box you have ordered or any of the items included, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by email (hello@family2family.org.uk) and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.

6. The information provided when you place your order will be stored as per our GDPR policy.

7. We may occasionally use images of the Family2Family Boutique items on our website, social media platforms and for marketing purposes. We will never use your personal details or information alongside the images.
